Jim Saunders
Jim is a Pricing and Revenue Management Professional with 20 years experience across North America, Europe and Asia.
He has worked with 7 of the Dow Jones 30, including: ExxonMobil, General Electric, Pfizer and McDonalds. His work with Exxon started in the Chemicals business and has since expanded to include all downstream businesses.
Jim led the team which won the INFORMS Global Pricing Practice Award in conjunction with Molson-Coors and Queen’s University for their work developing a price and promotion optimization process and predictive tool.

The RM Maturity Model
Where do you stand on the Revenue Management Maturity Model?
The key purpose of doing an Assessment is to understand where is your organization today in terms of its revenue management maturity and to build a project plan to help capture the improvements available as you progress. Each level is distinct, with its own issues. While it is possible to execute various processes at different levels, overall, a company will be operating at a particular level based on how it is executing across all of the relevant pricing processes. The Assessment will likely uncover gaps in your Revenue Management Infrastructure and help you plan the investment program to achieve and sustain improvements.
